As an artist, I had the honor of working with Unidos MN on a campaign that was both challenging and inspiring. Our goal was to organize healthcare access for all Minnesotans, regardless of their immigration status. The passing of the healthcare spending bill by the state Legislature was a significant victory, as it allows undocumented individuals who meet income eligibility requirements to enroll in MinnesotaCare, the state's health insurance program for low-income families and individuals.

The vision for this campaign was to highlight the stories of immigrant families who are essential workers, including nurses who risked their lives during the pandemic. We wanted to create a poster that captured the essence of their struggles and the importance of healthcare access. The layout was carefully crafted to convey the message of the campaign and to inspire others to join us in the campaign for healthcare equity.

Overall, this campaign was a testament to the power of collective action and the importance of fighting for what is right. As an artist, I am proud to have played a role in this effort and to have contributed to making healthcare more accessible to all Minnesotans.
